Booking and scheduling built around the pest route

Sound familiar?

Protection plans that come back around on their own.

The quarterly board lives in a spreadsheet, and every January somebody works down it by phone.

A customer skips a quarter, nobody notices for six months, and the account is quietly gone.

Termite quotes get written on a pad in the truck and typed up three days later, if at all.

Route software charges by the technician route, so a second tech raises the bill before it raises revenue.

Built for Pest Control

Everything in ProTyz, tuned to the way your business actually works.

Quarterly and bi-monthly plans that rebook themselves

Set a service to repeat monthly, every two months or every quarter and the frequency ladder prices it at the plan rate. The next visit lands on the calendar the moment the last one closes, so nobody has to call a hundred homes in January.

Priced by the house, not by the guess

Square-foot tiers, crawl space, detached garage, and add-ons like mosquito misting or a German roach clean-out all price themselves as the homeowner taps them. They see one itemized total, and your minimum keeps a small exterior job worth the drive.

A service area drawn in ZIP codes

List the ZIP codes you treat and the booking page turns away addresses outside them before they take a slot. Put a travel fee on the outer ring instead of quietly eating the windshield time.

Termite and exclusion work, quoted first

Inspections and exclusion jobs arrive as quote requests instead of bookings. You send a line-item quote, the customer accepts from the link, and it becomes a scheduled job with the deposit recorded against it — tax and tip come off the same snapshotted price.

Proof from the truck

Technicians open the day list in their phone browser, check in at the address inside a geofence, and attach before and after shots of the nest, the bait station or the crawl space. The photos stay on the job where the office can find them.

The skipped quarter, flagged

Top Opportunities watches your recurring accounts and raises the ones running past due — the quarterly customer with no visit in five months, the one-off that never came back. Each one comes with an editable draft, and nothing sends until you press send.

Seasonal reach-out before the phones start

When swarm season arrives and the first warm mosquito weeks hit, the same rules pull every home that bought that service last year. You fill March and May on purpose rather than waiting for the weather to do it.

A review request after every visit

Completing a job sends the homeowner a signed review link, and the ratings show on your own site instead of somebody else’s directory. You answer each review from the dashboard.

How it works

1

Load your plans and your prices

Start from the pest control catalogue — initial treatment, quarterly exterior, bi-monthly, mosquito program, rodent exclusion — and edit the prices to yours. Add home-size inputs and extras, set a minimum, and mark termite work as quote-first. Roughly fifteen minutes.

2

Publish the booking page

You get a free site on yourbusiness.protyz.com with services, reviews and a book page. A homeowner enters a ZIP, sees only the slots you genuinely have open, and lands on your calendar as a real job. Pro moves the whole thing to your own domain.

3

Run the route, then let the follow-up run

Techs work the list, check in and drop photos. The job closes, the review request goes out, next quarter is already on the board, and anyone who slips shows up in Top Opportunities with a draft waiting for your approval.

Questions

Can I sell quarterly plans without calling everyone back?

Yes. Choose monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly when you build the service and the discount ladder prices the plan rate for you. Each visit repeats on schedule with an email confirmation and a 24-hour email reminder; on Pro the homeowner also gets a text an hour out and can reply CONFIRM or CANCEL.

How do I catch a customer who skipped a quarter?

Top Opportunities flags them. The rule engine looks for recurring accounts running past their interval, lapsed customers and seasonal work due about a year on, and shows them on the overview card, in a full tab and in a Monday digest email. You get a pre-written draft per customer and decide who to send it to — it never messages anyone by itself.

Do I pay more when I add a technician?

No. Unlimited team members are included on the free plan, and there is no per-user, per-route or per-calendar fee. Pro is a flat $10 a month for texting and a custom domain, month to month, with no card needed to start.

What about termite jobs that need an inspection first?

Set those services as quote-first. The customer submits a quote request from your site, you build a line-item quote, and they accept from a link — which turns it straight into a booking with the price locked in and any deposit recorded on it.
