- Yes. The free plan is the product, not a trial — unlimited bookings, clients, team members and service lines, with no time limit and no card required. We charge only for the two things that cost us money to provide: text messages and domain names.
- What exactly does Pro ($10/month) add?
- SMS: 1-hour appointment reminders your clients can confirm or cancel by text, texting clients from your inbox, and SMS reach-out to Top Opportunities. Plus one custom domain — we buy it for you (included up to $25/yr) or you connect one you already own.
- Do you charge per staff member or take a cut of bookings?
- No, and no. Every plan includes unlimited team members, and we never take a commission on the clients who book you through your own website. Your clients stay your clients.
- Can I run more than one type of business?
- Yes — on every plan. Add service lines (say, cleaning + lawn care + pest control) from the dashboard; each gets its own website and pricing while sharing one client list and one team.
- What happens if I downgrade from Pro?
- Nothing is deleted. SMS reminders switch off (email reminders keep going) and a purchased domain stops auto-renewing — it stays registered in your name and you can transfer it out at any time.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Pro is month to month; cancel any time from Billing.
