ProTyz

ProTyz for Window, Gutter & Pressure Washing

Book the 24-pane colonial. Quote the three-story stucco.

Most exterior work splits in two: standard houses you can price off a window count and a run of gutter, and big jobs you need to see before you name a number. ProTyz does both — a live itemized price for the first, a photo quote request for the second — and then remembers that this year’s gutter clean is due about a year after the last one.

Sound familiar?

Instant prices for pane counts. Photo quotes for the big exteriors..

Every window quote starts the same way: how many panes, how many stories, do you want screens and tracks — and you’re doing that math on a ladder with a phone under your chin.

Spring hits and three weeks of work lands in four days, while February is dead quiet because nobody remembers you exist until the gutters overflow.

You drive across town to look at a soft-wash job you could have priced from four photos.

The customers who had gutters done last October never got asked about this October, and they hired whoever knocked first.

Built for Window, Gutter & Pressure Washing

Everything in ProTyz, tuned to the way your business actually works.

Priced by the pane, not by the guess

Window counts are a priced input. The homeowner picks a range — up to 15, 16 to 25, 26 to 40 — adds a second story, ticks screens and tracks as extras, and the total updates as they go. Interior-and-exterior is its own line, so a two-sided job never gets booked at outside-only money.

Gutters by the linear foot, bundled with the glass

Set a per-foot rate with a ranch and a two-story tier, add downspout unclogging and gutter whitening as extras, and let people add a gutter clean to a window booking in the same checkout. One trip, one price, one confirmation.

Driveways and siding by the square foot

Concrete, pavers, decks and house washing each get their own square-foot tiers and their own minimum, so a small patio can’t book for less than it costs you to unroll the hose. Soft wash and surface cleaning stay separate services with separate durations.

Photo quote requests for the jobs you need to see

Mark the big exteriors quote-first. The homeowner sends photos and details instead of booking blind, you build a line-item quote — wash, gutters, two-story surcharge — and they accept it by link, which turns it straight into a booking. Add a deposit line when a job is going to eat a whole day.

Your service area, checked at the ZIP

List the ZIP codes you actually drive to and the booking form stops out-of-range jobs before they reach your calendar. Real availability only shows slots you have free, so nobody books an eight-hour house wash into a two-hour gap.

Reminders that stop the wasted ladder day

Every booking gets an email confirmation and a 24-hour email reminder telling the customer to move cars and unlock the side gate. On Pro, a text lands an hour out and they can reply CONFIRM or CANCEL — which beats finding out at the driveway.

Top Opportunities knows the season turned

Gutters cleaned last November, windows done in April, a twice-a-year customer who skipped the fall round — the rule engine flags them and drafts the reach-out. You read it, edit it, press send. It never messages anyone on its own.

Before-and-after from the top of the ladder

Crews work the day from the mobile site: job list, GPS check-in inside the geofence, photos of the gutter trough and the clean glass attached to the job. When they mark it complete, the review request goes out while the difference is still obvious from the street.

How it works

1

Set your rates once

Pick your services from the catalogue, edit the numbers: per-window bands, per-foot gutter, square-foot washing tiers, screens and tracks as extras, a two-story surcharge and a minimum. Anything you’d rather see first gets marked quote-first.

2

Standard jobs book, big jobs ask

A 22-window ranch prices itself and lands on a slot you actually have open. A three-story stucco wash arrives as a quote request with photos, you send back a line-item quote, and the accept link books it.

3

Work the day, then work the year

Crews check in and shoot photos from their phones, reviews go out on completion, and next season Top Opportunities hands you the list of houses due — so the quiet months have something in them.

Questions

Can I price windows one way and pressure washing another?

Yes. Each service carries its own priced inputs. Windows can run off pane counts and stories, gutters off linear feet, driveways off square-foot tiers — all under one booking page and one calendar.

What about jobs I refuse to price sight unseen?

Mark them quote-first. Those services collect a quote request with photos instead of booking. You reply with a line-item quote and the customer accepts by link, which creates the booking with that price locked to it.

How do the annual gutter customers come back?

Top Opportunities watches for seasonal services that are coming due — a gutter clean about a year old, a window customer who did spring but not fall — and drafts a message you can edit. You press send; nothing goes out automatically.

Do I pay more when I put a second crew on?

No. Team members are unlimited on the free plan and there is no per-user or per-truck fee. Pro is a flat $10 a month for text messaging and one custom domain, month to month.
